Met the original Dawn raider, Grawp , not long after 5am.
Big Al spotted us and text to say he was going out closely followed by appearance on beach in rigging mode.
Al was pretty soon on the water and then blown off again, well stacked on his 5m.
Grawp rigged his 3.7m and I reached for my 4.2m and my twin fin 86
Ash turned up with his kit loaded in the car but knew a carve 131 and 6m was no go. Putting his new (my old) 5.3m and 4.7m egos in his car cheered him up while I deferre
